How much is the rent?
Our rent varies on unit size and floorplan. To find specific rental rates, please visit our Floor Plans page, where you will find pricing for our apartment floorplans.

How much ss the security deposit?
We take a security deposit of 1 month’s rent.

Do you charge move-in fees?
Yes, we charge a one-time, non-refundable move in fee starting at $300.

How soon can I move in?
We currently have availability and welcome new residents at any time. We’d love for you to call our property home. Check out our versatile floorplans to find a space that’s right for you!

What utilities are included in the rent?
At our 600 James Street and 753 James Street locations, we pay for water and the tenant is responsible for the remaining utilities. At our 923 James Street location, all utilities are included in the rental price.

When were the apartment units remodeled?
We have just completed remodeling our units in 2023. That means, each apartment showcases new and modern details.

What’s your late fee policy?
We charge a late fee of 5% of one month’s rent after being 5 days late.

Are early lease terminations allowed?
No, we do not allow early lease terminations.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available on site at each of our locations. Price varies based on location.
At our 600 James Street location, parking costs $125/month.
At our 923 James Street location, parking costs $50/month.
At our 753 James Street location, parking costs $75 for standard parking, or $150/month for an interior parking garage spot.

Do you have a pet policy?
Pets are permitted! We love your furry friends. We do not allow aggressive dog breeds and do not allow more than 2 cats or dogs total per unit. Animals that are 25 pounds and under incur a $50 per month, per pet charge. And animals over 50 pounds incur a $100 per month, per pet charge. These charges are in addition you a tenant’s monthly rent.

Are there any income or credit requirements?
Yes, we require proof of three month’s income, as well as proof of being employed for 6 months. We also have some background requirements. For more information, please give us a call.

What are my lease length options?
We offer 12-month leases.

Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable $23 application fee.

What appliances are included?
Our new, modern units are equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, air conditioner, ceiling fans, and more! We also offer on-site management, parking, laundry facilities, fitness center, elevators, secure/gated access. How do I file maintenance requests?
Our trusted and experienced staff is here to help! You can file maintenance requests online though our tenant portals.

Is there apartment security?
Safety and security are a top priority. All of our properties are equipped with security cameras and secure doors and entrances. We also have on-site security guard.
